Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work, and it’s paying off! We achieved titles for Stage 5 and have nearly completed construction in Stages 6, 7 and 8. Most home builds are close to finishing in Stage 3 and we’re seeing lots of builder activity in Stage 4. Construction on our Signature Park and playground is in full swing.

The drier weather lately has aided construction productivity on site with works in Stage 5 reaching practical completion in July. Stage 6 – 8 are also progressing well with the various construction activities rolling from one stage into the next. Great also to see continued progress with our signature park, again helped by the reduced amount of rain of late. More new home site starts are appearing in Stages 3 and 4 which is exciting to see.

We’ve had a productive past few months with construction activities at Bella.
Stages 5, 6, 7 and 8 are under construction concurrently along with on-going earthworks within the future wetland area. Signature park beginning to take shape. Most homes are now complete in Stages 1 and 2 and builds are well underway in Stage 3. Great to see some new home starts in recently titled Stage 4 also.

It’s time for our latest construction update from site. After a wetter spring than average, it’s pleasing to see increased productivities across all live stages thanks to the drier weather. We’ve also seen homes commence in Stage 3 and many reach handover in Stages 1 – 2.

We’re pleased to begin 2023 by confirming P&H Civil Landscape have been appointed to deliver Bella’s signature park and playground with works beginning this month.
We’re looking forward to seeing the park begin to take shape over the coming months!
We’re pleased to confirm works have commenced on a new childcare centre within Bella!
Located centrally in Stage 3 and opposite our future park, the centre will be delivered by the Aspire Early Learning and Kindergarten team and cater for up to 140 children in early learning and long-day care, aged from six weeks to six years.
